Nonprofit mission management

Your mission deserves more than a spreadsheet.

MissionWoven weaves participant intake, session tracking, outcomes, follow-up, grant reporting, compliance, and Form 990 prep into one platform. Built inside a working nonprofit, and priced so the organizations doing the hardest work can actually carry it.

The reality

Extraordinary work, carried on insufficient tools.

Most nonprofit software was designed for large institutions with large budgets. The organizations doing the hardest work on the ground have been told to make do, and they have been doing it for a very long time.

01

Enterprise pricing on a grassroots budget

The platforms built for this work are quoted at more than many organizations spend on an entire program. The groups who need the tools most can afford them least.

02

Tools that do not talk to each other

A spreadsheet for participants. A separate system for grants. Manual arithmetic at Form 990 time. Hours every week spent stitching it together instead of doing the work.

03

Software that was never designed for this

Systems built for hospitals and courts ask you to translate your mission into somebody else's categories, and the language, workflows, and data design all show it.

Inside the platform

This is the actual product.

Not an illustration of one. Every screen below is MissionWoven running, with a demonstration organization's data.

One screen, your whole organization

Active participants, completion rate, who needs outreach, grant pipeline, and Form 990 status, all drawn from your own records. Program enrollment breaks out by the programs you defined, in the colors you chose.

Everything woven into one

Six of the 22 modules you get on day one.

Each one designed around how nonprofit leaders actually work, rather than how enterprise software vendors imagine they do.

Participant records

A privacy-first registry where your organization decides whether names are stored at all.

Follow-up queue

Ninety-day and six-month touchpoints generated for you, each with an outreach script.

Grant tracker

Applications, deadlines, and funder requirements in one pipeline instead of five inboxes.

Compliance center

Federal, state, and governance requirements with live status and deadline alerts.

Form 990 prep

Revenue, program accomplishments, and compensation pre-filled line by line.

Grant narratives

Application paragraphs drafted from your own live participant and outcome data.

Built for every mission

Your programs. Your language. Your participants.

MissionWoven does not decide what your organization does. You define every program yourself: what you call it, how many sessions make a cycle, what outcomes you measure, how follow-up is scheduled, and whether participant names are stored at all.

Youth mentorship, food security, housing navigation, workforce development, reentry, survivor services, senior care, recovery, literacy. There are more than 1.5 million nonprofits in the United States and most software was built for the largest one percent. This was built for the rest.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do we have to change how we run our programs to use MissionWoven?

No. You define your own programs: what you call them, how many sessions make a cycle, whether sessions are group or individual, what outcomes you measure, and how follow-up is scheduled. MissionWoven supplies the infrastructure. Your mission stays yours.

How does MissionWoven protect the people we serve?

Every organization chooses its own identifier policy. You can store names, store names alongside an identifier, or run fully de-identified, where no participant name is stored in the system at all and the name-to-identifier key stays a physical document under your control.

Reporting works the same either way, because outcomes are tracked against the identifier.

Can another organization on the platform see our data?

No. Every record carries an organization identifier, and isolation is enforced in three places: filtering on every request, row-level security in the database itself, and organization-scoped program tables rather than a shared global one. The security page has the details.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export it. Your full organization record, including your custom program configuration, is available for export at any time on every plan, and your subscriber agreement says in writing that the data is yours.

Who built this?

MissionWoven was built inside a working nonprofit by an executive director who needed a system like this and could not find one that was both affordable and designed for this kind of work. It is still run against the daily operations of a real organization, which is why the workflows match how the job is actually done.

Can we switch plans as we grow?

Yes, in either direction, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data comes with you.
